At Wade, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Due to the nature of our collections, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.
15-Day Return Window
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

You received an incorrect item, or

The item arrived defective or damaged.
Incorrect sizing is not a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange. Please review sizing details carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Tags must remain attached

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Once approved, we will provide the return address (Canadian address) and instructions.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with clear photo evidence so we can evaluate and resolve the issue accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for:

Incorrect items sent, or

Verified defective/damaged products.
We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
